When we think of seismic changes to the status quo we immediately start thinking of products that were invented and which changed the way we see or do things. The obvious ones are the electric light bulb, the automobile, the radio then the TV, the telephone, the airplane and the PC etc. A less obvious one might be the introduction of the Internet.
Another less obvious one is the recent decision by Donald Trump to enter the world of network marketing. This innocuous announcement is spreading like wildfire across the web and I am predicting will have a major impact on how many companies do business in the future, both in and outside the MLM industry. When Donald Trump decides to do anything he doesn’t do it halfheartedly. If we read between the lines carefully when he says “I want to reach a billion dollars in record time” and “want to bring on board a million people in less than two years” we should take him at his word and not take it lightly.
The timing of his announcement is also important. With millions of Americans losing their jobs, there is an obvious need for them to get involved in something where they can create an income to survive. I have said for years that when in this predicament it makes a lot of sense to go sell anything to the 90% that still have a stable form of income. Network marketing has always been an inexpensive way to start your own business. A “Donald Trump” branded network marketing venture provides the most stable platform to start on such a journey.
How cool would it be to say, “I work for Donald Trump” when someone asks you what you do. His powerful brand also solves a lot of other problems that traditional network marketers constantly face. The statement “do you think Donald Trump would damage his reputation by starting something illegal” eradicates “Is this one of those pyramid schemes?” “Are the products any good?” can be countered with “I believe Donald Trump did his due diligence before he got involved”. In fact what Trump is offering to his new business associates is the ability to use his billionaire brand for an entry fee of less than $500, which includes the product purchases. This is probably the best business deal anyone will find anywhere today.
One thing is clear. Marketers with a brain are likely to flock to Trump in droves if nothing else as a defensive tactic. What happens if he does create the storm he is predicting? Do I want to be in front of that wave or chasing behind it? An important question is how will this impact the thousands of smaller MLM companies out there that are under-capitalized? Will they be able to survive as the Trump magnet draws in their people? Even some of the bigger companies may stagnate as the stampede to Trump starts to build.
He is already starting with a collection of top-class wellness products but what happens if he expands the portfolio with juice drinks and other services? Will the likes of Xango and MonaVie be able to compete? Will he build a marketing and distribution machine that will be the preferred vehicle for many other products and services? If this thing grows to the dimension Trump is envisioning it could have an impact way beyond the borders on the MLM industry. With the poor economy creating huge problems with the retail industry, crumbling under the burden of local stores, local inventory and all that personnel, they may be ripe to change their distribution model.
Whatever happens, we could be watching business history in the making. If anyone could pull this off, then it is Mr. Donald Trump himself. He has the audience, the financial resources and the business savvy to make it happen. So this little, unpublished announcement made in April 2009 could be the rumblings of a business earthquake about to happen. Stay tuned and get ready for the ride!

Rejuvenate Worldwide
The Market and Products
Rejuvenate appears to be focused on the anti-aging segment of health and beauty, which clearly puts them in the baby boomer market. They currently sell three products: Ageless, Renew and Miracle but have announced two more for later this year. Ageless appears to be their flagship product and is an anti-aging serum that lessens the effects of wrinkles, skin imperfections and even acne (as some of their testimonials claim).
The product certainly appears to live up to its claims. I don't have a lot of wrinkles so I applied it to the back of my right hand which was covered in very dark aging spots. I have tried different types of bleaching creams in the past but the spots always returned after ceasing to apply them. I applied Ageless once in the morning and once in the evening for three days in a row. I must say it was amazing as the aging spots started to fade and disappear right in front of my eyes. I have also handed out some samples to women friends of mine that confirm the same thing with their beloved wrinkles. I have yet to find someone suffers from severe acne but as soon as I do we will do a controlled trial.
The second product is called "Renew" and is a detox weight loss solution. The contents in the box are 12 individual sachets containing a soluble powder. The program calls for a 48-hour fast where all that is consumed are these sachets of powder. They are dissolved in 8 ounces of water and the resulting drink tastes a little like a grapefruit juice. The six sachets are consumed this way each of the two days with about two hours between each serving. The instructions do say that you could eat some light fruit if so desired but is is recommended that you fast, as I in fact did.
I weighed in on the first morning of the fast at 200 lbs. and kept to the true fast for two days. I never felt hungry, was full of energy and never had to sought out a restroom unexpectedly! On the next morning I weighed in at 196 lbs. and on day three had reached 190 lbs. which makes the weight loss 10 lbs. in 2 days! Again, that is one of their claims that I can attest to be true. What was even more satisfying for me was that the majority of the loss occurred around my waits. I went from a tight 35" pants to a loose 34"...again in two days.
Since then I have been eating normally (but carefully) and have maintained the recommended maintenance follow up which involves taking just one 8 ounce Renew drink every 3 days, without any fasting. In the past two weeks since my fast I have lost another 3 pounds and feel absolutely great. My goal is to get down to a size 32" waist which would take me back to my pre-40's. This I hope to achieve in about 90 days which is when the company recommends that I repeat the 48 hours fast. I will keep you updated!
In the meantime I have also been trying the third product called Miracle, which has as its key ingredient a substance called Resveratrol. This has been all over the talk shows recently as a potential wonder substance that controls the gene in our bodies that causes us to age. Of course, I have not yet been able to see any reversal my aging process in just three weeks but if you believe the expert scientists that discovered this "miracle" it will create a 20 years difference in the aging process as we get into our seventies and eighties. Resveratrol is the substance discovered in red wine that is supposed to be good for us (in moderation).
So far I like the mixture of products that Rejuvenate has started with. Two that provide a visible improvement in one's being and one that requires a longer tern consumption. Results sell and that is why these types of products do so well in MLM. It will be interesting how Rejuvenate adds new products to their portfolio which they have already announced.
The products appear to be priced quite competitively. There are three pricing models: straight retail, as autoship and then as a distributor. As a distributor on autoship, all three products are priced at $49.95, which certainly for the Ageless serum is very competitive.
Marketing Materials
I was very impressed from the very beginning with the website and Internet tools that are already available. The company has obviously spent some time and money in this preparation and the sites are already in several different languages with more coming. Rejuvenate has obviously had a global approach from the beginning and are already in a large number of countries. This is clearly the new trend in MLM companies and this company is on top of this development from the outset. This opens up new horizons for us MLM junkies and will more than likely create some huge organizations in the future.

Next to the very professional main website that each distributor gets, there is a great intro page for each of the three main products. This is also backed up by a very generous "free trial"offer for the Ageless and Renew products.
The company also provides some very professional small brochures for each product as well as the mandatory business cards. All in all, a very nice package that any distributor cannot complain about.
The Compensation Plan
This is also a plus point when it comes to Rejuvenate Worldwide. The plan is a 3x8 forced matrix with several pay options. I will not go into the details of the plan here as the website does a good (graphical) explanation of the details of the plan but what I like is that a new associate can start earning good money early on and, as we all know, there is nothing more motivating than a couple of nice paychecks.
There are no sign-up fees. You have to buy two of the products to get started ($100) and then continue thereafter with one product on autoship ($50) every month to stay qualified. This is also a new trend in the industry which is to be commended. All a new associate has to do is to sponsor three other people and the monthly fee of $50 is covered and is in business for free. There are fast-start bonuses, matrix commissions and company wide bonus pools. A widely acclaimed feature is the matching bonuses that are 100% of all personally sponsored associates' matrix income.
The compensation plan is clearly designed to motivate. It is also fairly easy to comprehend which is sometimes a problem the MLM industry suffers from.
Conclusion
It is clear that Rejuvenate Worldwide is a company that will be on the radar screen in the foreseeable future. It appears to be well organized by a management team that has done this before. Following my philosophy that you should have more than just one venture covering different market segments/products and if you want to be part of the anti-aging establishment, then Rejuvenate Worldwide is a good candidate in the wellness segment. It will be interesting to watch how the company rolls out subsequent generations of products and how the opportunity will grow with it. They have gotten off to an admirable start.

The Company

All in all, Prepaid Legal is a solid company with a great track record. It can provide a clear path towards a good residual income. The products are great. Personally, I have been using them for more than eight years and recently calculated I have been able to save more than $70,000 in legal fees I didn’t have to pay. Not only that, I had a great defense council in two frivolous lawsuits that were successfully defended. I have both the $26/month personal plan as well as the $75/month plan for my corporation. The compensation plan is seasoned with the ability for new associates to start creating reasonable checks immediately. There is masses of support from a great back office to corporate and team conference calls as well as lots of local meetings (recruiting and training). This is one of the benefits of being with an established company.

All in all, Prepaid Legal is a solid company with a great track record. It can provide a clear path towards a good residual income. The products are great. Personally, I have been using them for more than eight years and recently calculated I have been able to save more than $70,000 in legal fees I didn’t have to pay. Not only that, I had a great defense council in two frivolous lawsuits that were successfully defended. I have both the $26/month personal plan as well as the $75/month plan for my corporation. The compensation plan is seasoned with the ability for new associates to start creating reasonable checks immediately. There is masses of support from a great back office to corporate and team conference calls as well as lots of local meetings (recruiting and training).
